Black Stone Cherry to return to SETX



Kentucky-based rock act Black Stone Cherry will be back on the road this summer.

 

Black Stone Cherry announced a slew of summer concert dates this week that will see the foursome bringing their high-energy, southern rock sounds to the masses. The “Kickin’ and Screamin’” Summer Tour includes 16 dates and begins on Friday, July 26 in Sayreville, New Jersey and concludes on Wednesday, Aug. 14 in Lincoln, Nebraska.


Black Stone Cherry will perform at The Roxy Event Center, located at 4680 Fannett Road in Beaumont, Texas, on Friday, Aug. 9. Tickets start at $25.50 and can be purchased online at https://www.tixr.com/groups/dinproductions/events/black-stone-cherry-the-kickin-and-screamin-tour-104052 starting this Friday, May 10. Special guest Nonpoint will open the show on the bulk of the tourdates. A presale is happening now and the code word is "SCREAMIN".


The band has recently been touring the U.S. as the opening act for ZZ Top and Lynyrd Skynyrd on the two legendary acts spring tour. Black Stone Cherry will be heading to Europe next month with a short tour there starting June 11 in Denmark and concluding on June 27 in Germany.


Black Stone Cherry is currently touring in support of its eighth album, “Screamin’ at the Sky,” which was released in September 2023 and features the singles “Out of Pocket,” “Nervous” and the title track. Also on the album, “When the Pain Comes,” will be released in a live version on Friday, May 10.
