Heavy metal masters Judas Priest have announced the cancellation of the band’s concert today (Tuesday, Oct. 22, 2024) at the Smart Financial Centre in Sugar Land, Texas. The announcement was made less than 24 hours prior to the concert.
The band issued a statement on social media to inform fans earlier in the day.
“Due to unforeseen circumstances, the Judas Priest show on October 22 at Smart Financial Centre at Sugar Land has been canceled. Refunds will be available at the point of purchase.
If you purchased from a third-party reseller (Ticketmaster, StubHub, SeatGeek, VividSeats) etc., please reach out to your point of purchase.

Judas Priest is currently touring in support of its newest album, “Invincible Shield,” which was released in March of 2024.
Only two shows remain on this leg of the North American tour with performances scheduled for Thursday, Oct. 24 in Austin and Saturday, Oct. 26 in Dallas. The tour began on Sept. 13 in Montreal, Quebec and has traveled across America for the past six weeks.
