Aaron Lewis returns to SWLA in 2025

Musician Aaron Lewis is headed out on tour this fall and winter and has announced a new batch of dates that finds the rocker-turned-country artist headed back to Southwest Louisiana with the “American As It Gets” Tour.

Aaron Lewis and the Stateliners will perform at the Golden Nugget Casino in Lake Charles, La., at 8 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 8, 2025. Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m., Friday, Oct. 25, at www.axs.com for ages 21 and older.

Lewis is touring in support of his March 2024 release, “The Hill,” which peaked at No. 33 on the US Country albums chart and No. 175 on the US Billboard Top 200 albums chart. The album features the singles “Let’s Go Fishing,” “Made in China,” and “Over the Hill.”

Lewis’ 2016 release, “Sinner,” reached No. 1 on the US Country chart and was just the beginning of the success this musician would find as a country artist, courtesy of his numerous hit songs such as “Am I the Only One,” “Endless Summer,” “Granddaddy’s Gun,” “Forever,” and his 2011 collaboration with George Jones and Charlie Daniels, “Country Boy.”

Aaron Lewis is also known as the vocalist and guitarist of the hard rock act Staind, which dominated radio airways in the early 2000s behind hit songs such as “It’s Been Awhile,” “Right Here, “Believe,” “Fade,” “So Far Away,” and many more.
